Find and request a stay

Search your dates and number of cats, compare available spaces, and review a quote before payment. You can explore availability before signing in. After payment, a new stay goes to staff for review. You receive an email when it is approved.

Keep every cat’s profile together

Add your cats, upload profile photos from your phone or computer, and keep their details and care information current. Tap a cat’s picture to open their profile.

Upload veterinary records

Send PDF, JPG, or PNG records and see their review status. Staff check the documents so your cat’s boarding requirements are clear before arrival.

Review your stays

See upcoming and past stays, arrival and checkout dates and times, booking status, charges, and payment details. Open a stay to review its information, shared updates, or available change and cancellation options.

Manage payments

Review the amount due, make stay payments, and see your payment history at book.catboardingdetroit.com. Your account shows a price breakdown and any applicable fees before checkout.

Helping our team care for your cats

Behind the scenes, staff use the portal at book.catboardingdetroit.com to review every new stay, check veterinary status, organize room assignments, and manage arrivals and departures with their scheduled times.

It also brings together daily care tasks, feeding and medication instructions, observations, and pet photos. Room readiness and cleaning, upcoming occupancy, and the waitlist help staff plan each day.

Getting started

Open book.catboardingdetroit.com and check the dates and space you would like.
Choose Continue with Google, sign in with email and password, or create your client account. If you have stayed with us before, use the email address the hotel already has for you.
Review your contact details, cat profiles, veterinary records, and account agreement.
Review your quote and submit your stay request. Watch for the hotel’s approval email.

Your account contains your own cats and stays. The public website’s room, membership, and rewards information can be browsed without signing in.

My cats loved this place! It is very cute and is cats only! The guy who works there is very nice and even sent us photos and updates of our babies while they were there. There are cat trees and fish tanks and a wheel, really anything you could want for your cat is there and available to use!

We had booked a vacation before we unexpectedly got two new kittens. Leaving them at home was not an option so we booked a stay at the Feline Hotel. We couldn't have been happier. We got daily pictures and reports about our kittens during the week. The kittens had a great time playing with all the toys and other hotel guests. I highly recommend The Feline Hotel for your cat.

I had a wonderful experience with The Feline Hotel for three kittens needing boarding. They were very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my kittens in their care. The kitties seemed pretty excited when I picked them up, too. It’s a pretty cool setting if you’re a cat.

We traveled to California and have used feline hotel before with great results. It’s true peace of mind when traveling that your pets get the care and stay calm and relaxed and you are reassured that they are. Starts with your reservation and filling out vaccination health forms so that all cats stay safe. A tour of the facility will help put you at ease of environment especially what they call the group room where all cats get to socialize. All employees I dealt with John will answer all questions. If a health issue happens they will support the situation with a vet that actually works with them and may make a house call at their location. For all cat lovers you will love having a location to leave your loved one and then enjoy your trip away from them. We felt pricing location and communication all were what we liked to actually use their services. Try them and find out for yourself.

Whenever I need to travel, I’m so relieved to know I can leave my cat Willow at the Feline Hotel with John! She can look out the windows and I know she is well cared for in a healthy environment!
