Mynx is The Feline Hotel’s client portal at book.catboardingdetroit.com. This notice describes the optional Google sign-in connection.
When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile picture with our authentication service. This connection does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts, or your Google password.
We use this information to authenticate you and connect you to your hotel client account. Supabase processes and stores the sign-in identity for Mynx. Authorized hotel staff can access your client profile to manage your services. Google sign-in information is not used by this connection for advertising or sold through the portal.
Use the email address the hotel already has for you. If your Google email differs, sign in to your existing Mynx account first and connect Google from My account to keep your cats, stays, and rewards together.
Google sign-in is optional; email and password remain available. You can revoke Mynx’s Google access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access does not delete your hotel account or its service records. Contact micathotel@gmail.com to request removal of a linked Google identity, correction of your account details, or account closure. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We retain the linked sign-in identity while it is needed for your account. Service records, including agreements, veterinary records, and incident records, follow the hotel’s separate retention policy and may be retained for seven years after account closure. Removing a Google connection does not cancel reservations or memberships.
Campaign measurement
Separately from Google sign in, our website and booking portal use a first party cookie for up to 30 days to remember advertising campaign labels. We connect those labels to verified signups, stay requests, and booking confirmations in a report available to the hotel owner. This campaign tracking code does not retain advertising click identifiers, search queries, or full page URLs, and does not send your name, email, cat details, or booking records to Google. You can clear this cookie in your browser settings.
