Membership is billed separately from your stay. It renews annually until you turn off renewal in My account, with a reminder 30 days before renewal.

Extra services, applicable surcharges, taxes, payment processing fees, and optional stay tips are not included. Your final quote in your account shows the price for your dates and cats. The best eligible discount applies; discounts do not stack.
One membership, all your cats
The 20% discount applies to eligible boarding charges for your household’s cats during the membership term. It does not discount extra services such as medication or nail trims. Review membership and renewal details in your account before joining.
Boarding savings and rewards are different
Purrfect Perks is our paid boarding discount membership. Our client rewards program lets you earn points and choose treats for your cat, including catnip spray from our garden. You do not need Purrfect Perks to participate in rewards.
