At The Feline Hotel, we are exclusively cat-only. No dogs. No barking. No overstimulation. Just a calm, professionally managed environment designed entirely around feline comfort and emotional safety.

Sanctuary Room boarding offers complete privacy and a highly controlled environment. Each stay typically includes:
- A fully private, enclosed sanctuary room with no shared air or contact with other cats
- Sound-dampened design to reduce external noise and stimulation
- Soft bedding and multiple premium resting surfaces
- Vertical space and gentle enrichment appropriate for sensitive cats
- Window views or calming visual enrichment when appropriate
- Daily feeding following your cat’s established diet and schedule
- Continuous access to fresh water
- Daily professional cleaning and litter maintenance
- One-on-one staff interaction and individualized care routines
- Day and night monitoring
- Climate-controlled indoor environment with consistent lighting and temperature

Our Care Philosophy
Sanctuary Room stays are guided by feline behavior science and trauma-informed, low-stress handling techniques. Interactions are slow, calm, and cat-led. We respect boundaries and allow each cat to engage at their own pace.
We closely monitor appetite, litter habits, stress signals, and overall demeanor. Care plans are adjusted daily to ensure comfort, security, and emotional stability. Privacy, dignity, and trust are the foundation of the Sanctuary experience.
For cats who need peace, protection, and personalized attention, Sanctuary Rooms provide the highest level of quiet care in a controlled, feline-focused environment.
Veterinary Requirements
To protect the health of all cats in our care, the following veterinary requirements must be met prior to boarding:
- Rabies vaccination (required, current and up to date)
- FVRCP vaccination (distemper/upper respiratory combo, current and up to date)
- FIV & FeLV testing
- Clear fecal exam
- Cats must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses at the time of check-in
- Proof of vaccinations must be submitted prior to arrival
Please contact us ahead of time if your cat requires medications or has special medical or behavioral considerations.
