- Small, carefully matched feline groupings based on temperament, history, and behavior assessment
- Daily feeding following your cat’s established diet and schedule
- Continuous access to fresh water
- Daily professional cleaning and litter maintenance
- Regular staff interaction
- Day and night monitoring
- Climate-controlled indoor environment with appropriate lighting and noise levels
- Multiple premium resting surfaces and bedding options
