Our private condo boarding is designed for cats who prefer their own space, routine, and quiet environment while their humans are away. Each cat (or family of cats from the same household) enjoys a private, enclosed condo with daily care, enrichment, and monitoring from our experienced feline-focused staff.

At Cat Boarding Detroit, we are cat only — no dogs, no barking — just a peaceful space created entirely with feline comfort and safety in mind.

Each condo boarding stay is customized to your cat’s needs and typically includes:

  • Fresh food and water serviced daily
  • Litter box cleaned and refreshed daily
  • Daily wellness checks (hydration, appetite, behavior, litter habits)
  • Gentle interaction, play, or quiet companionship based on your cat’s preference
  • Climate-controlled, low-noise environment
  • Bird TV and visual enrichment to provide mental stimulation and natural entertainment

We respect every cat’s personality — social cats receive engagement, while shy or independent cats are given space and time to settle comfortably.

Daily Routine

Cats are checked on multiple times daily by trained staff. We monitor:

  • Appetite and water intake

  • Behavior and comfort level
  • Signs of stress, dehydration, or illness

Any concerns are documented and communicated promptly.

Health & Safety Requirements

For the safety of every cat in our care, we require current veterinary records prior to boarding, including:

  • Rabies
  • FVRCP (Distemper)
  • FIV & FeLV testing
  • Recent stool check
